Member of Trinity United Methodist Church, VFW Post 15236, American Legion, American and Central Ohio Management Association; former member of Grandview City Council. Preceded in death by daughters Sharon Sue Hastings and Vickie Lee Egan. Survived by wife Virginia; sons James Joseph “Butch” (Jackie) Egan and Michael Patrick Egan; sister Joan Canter; grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Hts., Wednesday 5-8 p.m. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1581 Cambridge Blvd., Pastor Wade Giffin officiating Interment Union Cemetery.
