Loren “Jeff” Jeffers, 79, was born April 6, 1937 in Radcliff, Ohio and died June 16, 2016 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville, Ohio. He was a resident of Powell, Ohio for past 30 years. Served in the U.S. Air Force from 1961-1965. Attended Ohio University where he met his wife. He worked as a car salesman for 43 years at Marty Pontiac and Bob Daniels Buick. Member of the Masonic Lodge for over 60 years and attended Worthington Christian Church. Preceded in death by his parents Seldon Jackson Jeffers and Mary Arbaugh Jeffers Walker; brother Glen Jeffers. He is survived by his wife Mamie Louise Jeffers whom he married March 5, 1966; son Duane (Alice) Jeffers; daughter Kim (Stefano) Peroni; brother Jack Jeffers; sister Sue Runyon; grandchildren Hunter and Heath Jeffers, Rachel and Martina Peroni; sister-in-law Doris Jeffers. The family will receive at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Hts., Wednesday 5-8 p.m. Graveside service Thursday 12 p.m. at Bailey Chapel Cemetery in Piketon, Ohio with Pastor Matthew Jeffers officiating.
