Orbra Elizabeth Bramlett Lancaster,99, of Columbus, Ohio died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Monday, November 20, 2017. Mama Liz enjoyed a fulfilling and active life. She became an artist at age 95, expressing herself through paintings, quilts, dollhouses and jewelry. She was born in Sadieville, Kentucky on May 29, 1918 to the late Bill and Annie Bramlett. Left to cherish her are daughters Reeva Munday, Marleen Lancaster and Peggy Lancaster; son-in-laws Ronnie Munday, Jim Plunkett, and Trent Taylor; grandchildren Michele (Greg) Alewine, Jeff (Teressa) Munday, Stephanie Plunkett (Darin Dykstra), David Plunkett (Kim Swensen), Chauncey Lancaster Taylor, Anna Clare (Terry) Barlow; and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Liz was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Wilbur R Lancaster and beloved daughter Jolene Plunkett. Mama Liz was loved by everyone who met her because she was so easy to love. Her sparkling blue eyes and brilliant white hair are present in our memory always.
