Douglas Murphy Hunt, died at age 57 of cancer at Kobacker House on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. He is survived by his parents, Freda & Fred Hunt, brother James (Patti) Hunt, children Hilary (Michael) Dickson, Freddy (Alex), Elliot, Andrea Hunt and 3 grandchildren: Graham Dickson and Hazel and Charlie Hunt. Also many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his ex wife, Nancy, who also died of cancer. Doug graduated from Upper Arlington High School in 1977 and the Ohio State University in 1981 where he belonged to Sigma Chi Fraternity and lettered four years in Varsity Lacrosse. Later coached and taught Lacrosse at Worthington Kilbourne High School and Worthington Little League Lacrosse. There will not be any local service. Online condolences may be made at www.deyodavis.com.
