Survived by mother Jean Thompson; sons William Joseph and Jordan David Spain; sisters Pamela (Victor) Toney and Cathy Thompson; niece, great niece, aunts, uncles and cousins. First Ave., Grandview Hts., Friday 6-8 p.m. where a brief memorial service will follow at 8 p.m. Graveside service Saturday 11 a.m. in South Shore, KY.
