Brent Edward Lawhorne, 50, passed away suddenly on March 7, 2021. Brent leaves behind his wife, Jennifer Couch and son Jackson Lawhorne. He is survived by his mother Lois Lawhorne, brothers Bradley and Brian (Lisa Reyes), nieces Lindee and Samantha, nephews Christoper and Charles, aunt Darlene (Dick), uncle Charles (Barbara) and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Samuel Lawhorne, brother Bruce Lawhorne, and aunt Kay (Clayton). Brent was a devoted son and brother as well as an amazing husband and father who loved his family with all of his heart. The man could fix anything, crack sarcastic jokes about everything and bake the best chocolate chips cookies. He was the funniest, most loving man I’ve ever known and we will miss him dearly. May he forever be one with the Force.

March 15, 2021 12:41 AMI haven't seen Brent since high school, but I will always have great memories of him. He was always grounded, but never so much that he wasn't afraid to embrace life. I hope he never changed.

March 12, 2021 10:53 PMMy sincere condolences to you Jenny, Jackson, and all of Brent's family. So many great memories with you and Brent, Brent's wry sense of humor would always make gatherings so much better. The cookies (he should have had a patent)and my first time having "Turducken" at those annual BBQ's. Most of all though, I appreciate the friendship that he showed my Brother Ron. I knew he/you were great people when a house key was entrusted in your care, I confirmed the greatness more so as I too got to know Brent personally. I also appreciate Brent's guidance, friendship and mentorship that he showed my Ross, taking a 19 year old kid under his wing and make a difference and leave a life long impression that he will carry on through his lifetime. Much Love to you, it has to be terribly heartbreaking losing him, I hope you will always carry and know how much Brent meant to others and the positive impact he had on their lives.
