Carol Etoile Dilley (Hull), 71 of Upper Arlington, Ohio, passed away February 17, 2016 at Kobacker House in Columbus. Carol was born in Urbana, Ohio to Olen Leroy and Donna Louise (Miller) Hull on October 3, 1944. She is a graduate of Urbana High School class of 1962 and Miami Jacobs Business College in Dayton. Carol is preceded in death by her parents, brother Harry D. Hull and sister Beverly J. Morgan. Carol is survived by her husband, John K.; children James (Diane), Melanie Roberts (Brad), Brian (Heather); granddaughters Paige, Zoe, Sophia and Acadia; sisters Margaret Katheryn “Peggy” Hull and Connie Sue Nixon; many nieces and nephews. She retired from the City of Columbus, Division of Water after 25 years of service. She enjoyed her granddaughters, the Lions Club, Bridge, travel, organizing events and being of service to all she met. She received many awards and honors from work and the Lions having received the highest honor in Lions Clubs International, the Melvin Jones Fellowship. She was actively involved in the Tri-Village Lions Club having served as President, Board member and most all of the committees. She was a member of the Riverside United Methodist Church where she was active in the Women’s Enrichment Group and the Life Begins Group. Friends may call at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Hts., Monday 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be Tuesday 11 a.m. at Riverside United Methodist Church, 2701 Zollinger Rd., Rev. David Griebner officiating. Interment Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio Lions Foundation Tri-Village Restricted Fund, The Central Ohio Lions Eye Bank or the Ohio Health Hospice.
