Following high school, she started working with children with special needs at the New Hope Developmental Center then the Ohio Provider Resource Assn. and finally at the FCBDD. Preceded in death by father Jack Carter and foster sister Kathy. Survived by son Brandan; mother Mary Carter and sister Pam (John) Gates. Friends may call at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Hts., Friday 6-9 p.m. where service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Pastor Keith Carlisle officiating. Interment Mifflin Cemetery.
