Eleanor L. Timmons, 95, former resident of Grandview Hts. and Upper Arlington, March 18, 2012 at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. Graduate of West Jefferson High School. Member of Northwest United Methodist Church, Comforters Group of the Church, Eastern Star, Symphony Lyric Group, Grandview Garden Club, Grandview Civic Welfare Club and the Grandview Book Club. Her favorite activities included oil painting, gardening and travel. Preceded in death by husband Robert A. Timmons and daughter Jeanne Timmons, brother Eldon Flugge and sister Marjorie Flugge. Survived by son Robert A. (Susan) Timmons II; grandchildren Elizabeth Tait (Ralph Leach), Amy (John) Parmi, Molly (Brett) Smith, Mark (Libbie) Timmons and Marci (Mark) Robertson; 11 great grandchildren; sister Kathleen Smith, brothers Tad (Nadine) Flugge and Edward (Ethel) Flugge. Funeral service will be held Wednesday 1 p.m. at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W First Ave., Grandview Hts., Rev. Thomas Slack officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery. West Jefferson, OH.
