Florence Travis McDonie, 86, passed away May 21, 2007 at her home in Columbus. She was born in Lacky, KY and grew up in Ironton, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Cosetta (Preston) Travis. She was the loving mother of Patricia Daughtry, James (Sandra Kay) McDonie, Sandra Sue (Jerry) Harvey and grandmother (Granny) of Carla Daughtry, Joshua and Jeremy Harvey. She will be remembered for the devotion to her family and church, First Baptist of Columbus. Friends may call at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Hts., Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where service will be Thursday 10:30 a.m. Dr. Paul Large officiating. Interment Kingwood Memorial Park.
