Freda Murphy Hunt

Freda Murphy Hunt, of Upper Arlington, died March 26, 2022 at First Community Village. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Frederic and son James (Patti); 7 grandchildren, sisters, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son Douglas, a brother and sisters. Freda graduated from Cherry Fork High School in 1949 and attended Wilmington College and The Ohio State University. She taught school for 4 years prior to raising a family. Then she became a secretary for 25 years in her husband’s Consulting Business. She bowled in a league, played tennis at Swim & Racquet Club and played bridge several times a week. She was a member of First Community Church, Upper Arlington Senior Center, Life Member of the Ohio State University and Upper Arlington Civic Association. There will be no public service.
