Preceded in death by wife Mary and son Randall. Survived by daughter Sherry (Rick) Johnson; son John Phillips, Jr.; granddaughter Shannon (John) Hook; great grandchildren Travis, Trevor & Torryn Hook. Graveside service Monday 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery, 6959 W. Broad St. Arrangements by DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME.
