Karen Lynn Cameron

Karen Lynn Cameron, 74, known affectionately as Karkey, passed peacefully on October 5. Karen was a child at heart, a quality so many long for. She was trusted over her life with many relatives' and friends' children as a caregiver and surrogate "aunt". At her center was a kindness, joy and warmth that both children and adults were drawn to. Every encounter with Karkey left an impression, and it was always positive, affirming and happy. It is that that will be missed most and that which will be cherished best. Karen is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Karen Cameron, nephews Eric (Heather) Cameron and Alex Cameron, nieces Jill (Tony) Antolini and Abby Cameron; great nephews Patterson and Everett Cameron and great nieces Lilly and Molly Antolini. Memorial open house Sunday from 12-2 at 1127 Ormsby Place. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Grandview Center, 1515 Goodale Blvd., Columbus, OH 43212.
