Member of Trinity United Methodist Church, University Lodge #631 F. & A.M., Scottish Rite, Aladdin Shrine, Northwest Garden Club, First Community Church Men's Breakfast Club, John Deere Retirement Club and the Republican Breakfast Club. Preceded in death by wife Evelyn, brother David and grandson Richard Carr. Survived by daughters Cathy (Randy) Young, Peggy (Jack) Gilmore, Pru Augustine; son Phillip (Linda) Carr; brother Alford (Mary Ann) Carr; 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 7 nieces and nephews.
