William “Bill” Michael Bair. Born July 20, 1953 died August 9, 2022. Preceded in death by father Robert E Bair Sr., mother Glennadene L Bair, brothers James Hartley, Patrick Hartley and Robert E Bair Jr. Survived by daughters Carrie (Mike) Capaniro, Amanda (Tim) Hutchinson; Grandchildren Marissa (Sean) Reed and Timothy Hutchinson II; Great grandchildren Karsyn and Xavier Reed. Bill was a graduate of Grandview high school class of 71 and a retiree of American electric power (AEP). The family will receive friends on Monday, August 22, 2022, 5-7 PM at the John Quint Treboni Funeral Home, 1177 W. 5th Ave. Arrangements by Deyo-Davis Funeral Home.
