Paul E. Slade, 82, July 20, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Graduate of Grandview Heights High School where he was class President of the class of 1952 and The Ohio State University where he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He retired from the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation and served on many advisory boards. Member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Survived by wife Joanna; children Molly S. (Joseph) Briggs, Mark A. Slade and Melinda S. Galvin; sister Charlene Powers; grandchildren Sarah (Jared) Williams, Brian Briggs, James Galvin and Jennifer (Tyler) York; great grandchildren Grant & Rachel Williams. A memorial service will be held at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W. First Ave., Grandview Hts., 11 AM Friday, July 29, 2016 where the family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
